Philadelphia -- From yogurt pretzels, trail mix, and juices contaminated with allergens, to faulty heat detectors and charging cables, here are the latest food and consumer product recalls.

American Honda Recreational off-highway vehicles (ROVs)

American Honda is recalling about 25,000 units of its recreational off-highway vehicles because the ROVs can move or roll over when in the park position, posing crash or injury hazards to those inside or around the vehicle. 

Consumers should immediately stop using these recalled vehicles and contact an authorized Honda Powersports dealer to schedule in a free inspection and repair. While there have been 3 reported cases of these ROVs moving while parked, luckily, there have been no injuries.

Modus Furniture Brighton, Travis and Bevelle Dressers

Modus furniture is recalling about 1,300 units of its Brighton, Travis and Bevelle dressers. If the mirror is not installed, the dressers can become unstable and pose a serious tip-over and entrapment hazard to children. 

Consumers can contact Modus Furniture for a free compliant replacement tip-over restraint kit and to request a free one-time, in-home installation of the kit. Until the repair is complete, please keep children away from these dressers.

Lochinvar Condensing Residential Boilers 

Lochinvar is recalling about 34,300 units of its Condensing Residential Boilers, since the boiler’s flue grommet can deteriorate and dislodge, allowing the boiler to emit carbon monoxide. There have been 7 reports of the boiler’s flue grommets deteriorating, including one report of two non-fatal injuries. 

Consumers with recalled boilers should contact the installer or another qualified technician to schedule a repair for free. If you decide to continue using the boiler while waiting for a repair, make sure to have working carbon monoxide detectors on every floor.

Edwards Mechanical Heat Detectors 

Edwards is recalling about 85,000 units of its heat detectors because they can fail to activate in response to rising temperatures, potentially failing to alert consumers to a fire. 

Consumers who use the product in life-safety applications permitted by code (for example, in elevator shafts, or in lieu of smoke detectors, manual pull stations, or sprinklers in particular settings), or in residential attics or residential garages, should immediately contact a fire or security alarm professional for free replacement and installation of the heat detector.

Charging Cable for Relay Screenless Communication Devices

Republic Wireless is recalling about 15,000 units of charging cable for relay screenless communication devices because the cable can overheat and partially melt, posing a burn hazard to consumers. 

Consumers should stop using the recalled charging cables immediately and contact Republic Wireless for a free replacement. If you purchased a Relay device but do not currently have an active account, you can contact Republic Wireless to learn if you have an affected product.

Rexair Rainbow SXR Vacuums

Rexair is recalling about 38,000 units of its Rainbow SXR Vacuums because the circuit board on the vacuum can spark, posing fire and burn hazards. 

Consumers should immediately unplug and stop using these vacuums  and contact an authorized Rainbow distributor for a free repair.

Fresh Express 11.5-Ounce Southwest Chopped Kit

Fresh Express is recalling a limited amount of its 11.5-ounce Southwest Chopped Kit because it may contain undeclared wheat, soy, cashews and coconut, posing a serious allergic threat to consumers.
